WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We're glad to accept returns for any reason within 30 days of delivery provided the items are in brand new and original condition.

If we receive a return and the items are used or damaged, or if the security tag and/or protective film on the feet of our bags is not attached, we cannot accept your return. You may request to have it shipped back at your expense. 

Your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.

HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN?

For most orders shipped within the US, a return may be initiated using our Returns Portal.  Start by entering your order # and shipping zip code above, or by clicking the link to start with your email address.

For orders shipped outside the US, that were previously exchanged, or are outside our 30-day policy, please email us at hello@senreve.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond promptly with next steps!

WHAT ABOUT MY FREE GIFT WITH PURCHASE?

If you received a free gift with purchase and are returning the purchase, you must return the free gift. If the free gift is not returned, the value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR RETURN SHIPPING?

Returns from the contiguous U.S., Hawaii, and Alaska are free of charge. For returns from other locations, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.


WHAT IS AN INSTANT CREDIT?

For most returns initiated through our Returns Portal, an Instant Credit for the value of the return is offered along with a prepaid shipping label and packing slip. This credit is treated as a gift card and may be applied in full or in part toward a new purchase on our site.  No need to wait for a refund to place your new order!

Once your return is received and processed by our fulfillment center, the unused portion of your credit will be refunded to your original form of payment. Any remaining balance will also be deactivated at this time. If you do not use your credit, your refund will be for the full value of your return.

Please note, some orders may only be eligible for a refund and will not be offered an Instant Credit. When an Instant Credit is offered, you are under no obligation to use it.

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be fully processed. Once your return has been processed, please allow an additional 5-10 days for your bank to post the refund to your account.

WHICH ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE?

Items marked as Final Sale, including those sold as part of our Handbag Revival event, and custom-ordered or hand-painted items cannot be returned or exchanged.
